With technical support from HealthRight international’s consultant, SWPDC conducted training on children exposed to domestic violence for 29 social work practitioners in Hanoi, on June 24, 2014. Trainers of the training course were Mr. Luke Talikowski, International consultant, and Dr. Nguyễn Trọng An – Deputy Director of RTCCD.
The following are activities that make the participants feel the most interested in:

The post-test evaluation also showed that the participants would like to study futher about case management, practical skills in working with children and women affected by domestic violence; legal framework on child care and protection; skills in working with children who are living with HIV/AIDS, mental disorders; and skills in communication and community education on domestic violence.
The participants also suggested that next training should be longer (three days) and should allocate more time for the participants to participate in small group discussion, case analysis, and role play.
