This research was a collaboration between the Research and Training Centre for Community Development (RTCCD) and the Bureau of Social Protection (BSP) under the Ministry of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs (MOLISA) with financial support from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The aim of the study was to measure the gap between practical needs of mental patients and current response of the MOLISA mental healthcare system.
