The Evidence-Based Health Policy Development Advocacy Group (EBHPD)

Description: The Evidence-Based Health Policy Development Advocacy Group (EBHPD) is initiated by the Research and Training Centre for Community Development (RTCCD), with support from the Social Consultancy Unit of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations. EBHPD aims to assuring the basic healthcare services accessible for vulnerable groups, to minimizing catastrophic health expenditures and to improving the quality of care, by guaranteeing patients’ rights in healthcare service use.  Up to date, EBHPD has the participation of 5 organizations and 19 individuals as official members, and 52 individuals from 34 organizations as observers and collaborators.The Coordinating Organization implements the action plans approved by the Member Council.
