In the morning of 30th June 2014 in Hanoi, Prof. Doc Tran Tuan had the speech on “Expert Data Bank: New direction, new method, new spirit” at the seminar “The solutions to connect expert data bank with policy makers and partners” held by NGO-IC and Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA).
Around 100 participants and representatives of central party agencies, government, Congress, Fatherland Front, media, political and social organizations and members of VUSTA have attended the seminar. In the meeting, the speech of Prof. Tran Tuan-managing director of RTCCD has attracted the attention of all attendants by proposing a practical solution for a problem existing for many decades without achieving expected results.
