On the afternoon of February 3, 2026, the Research and Training Center for Community Development (RTCCD) and the Can Tho City Center for Disease Control (CDC) held a technical debriefing meeting to review the findings from the supportive supervision visits to Commune Health Stations (CHSs) conducted earlier the same day in Can Tho.
Participants from Can Tho CDC included Dr. Ha Tan Vinh, MD, Specialist Level II – Deputy Director of the CDC, along with 10 supervisors who are provincial/city-level trainers. Representing RTCCD were Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam, Program Coordinator, and Dr. Le Duc Duy.

During the meeting, supervisors shared reflections from the field and received technical guidance from the Program Coordinator, including lessons learned from the organization of parenting practice sessions in other provinces, which can be adapted to the local context.
Dr. Ha Tan Vinh also provided strategic directions for program implementation in 2026, emphasizing the need to strengthen the quality of parenting sessions at Commune Health Stations, while exploring expansion to hospitals and eventually integration with schools in the locality.
