In the effort of stakeholder engagement for scaling, EJOL is developing a joint program with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour to cover around 1000 industrial young workers in two provinces Ha Noi and Ha Nam. This is a significant scaling opportunity, as there are 5.9 million young industrial young workers in Vietnam, 70% of them with young children. The EJOL pilot in 2 industrial zones will provide lessons learned to the EJOL and VGCL team, preparing for the scale up nation-wide.
