This aim of this project was to offer an independent review of the effects of the Swedish Development Co-operation on democracy and human rights in Vietnam from 2004-2008. RTCCD was commissioned to complete the health sub-unit of this to examine development in the right to healthcare as a result of Swedish development support. The report outlines suggestions for improving democracy and human rights in Vietnam.
